Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Make this at home to add to your morning coffee, or use in other recipes to add some pumpkin spice.


  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp real vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (optional)


  1. Add ingredients together in a saucepan.
  2. Warm it through over medium heat until it starts to create foam. Do not allow to boil.
  3. Add to drip coffee, espresso, hot chocolate, or as a replacement for milk in any other recipe. Use 1:1 as milk replacement.


My passion is supporting those who need to be gluten free. After my family had to transition to eating gluten free I realized how difficult it is. It is more than finding a recipe.
