
Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2-2½ lbs raw chicken wings
- oil for frying
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup hot sauce gluten free
Instructions
- If the wings are whole, cut them into sections.
- Heat the fryer to 350° and add the wings. Don't overload the fryer. Fry for 3-5 minutes or until the skin starts to look crispy.
- Take the wings from the fryer and allow the oil to drain. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.
- Put the wings back in the fryer and continue to fry them for 3-5 minutes or until the wings looks crispy.
- In a saucepan combine the butter and hot sauce. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss the wings in the sauce until coated. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
