This is a common meal that sometimes seems out of reach for celiac or gluten intolerant for other reasons.
These roll-ups are really popular with my kids and would be easy to add to a lunch pail and be ready for lunch.
A bonus is that it doesn’t even look like food from a special diet.

So much of the time, I don’t have the energy to make every little piece, so I am always looking for the best store-bought gluten free tortillas as well. The ones I used for this were very impressive. They are Mission brand Cauliflower tortillas. They are not nearly as gummy as the regular ones but still soft. Click here to find them on Amazon.
You can, of course, use any gluten free tortilla recipe or store-bought brand that your family likes best.
- Gluten Free Tortillas
- Yellow Mustard
- Sliced Cheddar Cheese
- Sliced Ham
- Red Leaf Lettuce
- Spread yellow mustard on the tortilla, then add sliced cheddar, ham, and lettuce. Roll them up to enjoy!
- If you are packing in a lunch box, wrapping them in cling wrap may help keep them fresh as well to to stay rolled up.
