
Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 cup corn optional
- 1 cup other assorted vegetables optional
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning gluten free
- 1 cup water
- sour cream as desired
- 1 avocado sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro
- tortilla chips
- salsa optional
For The Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tbsp gluten free flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Magical Seasoning Mix
Instructions
- Cook and break up ground beef, add the corn.
- Chop up the onion and other veggies (optional) and add to the pan with ground beef. Add taco seasoning.
- Add water to the pan with beef mixture. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until water has evaperated.
- While the beef mixture is simmering, make the cheese sauce.
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the flour and Magical Seasoning Mix.
- Add the milk and cook over medium high heat until the roux thickens the milk.
- Add the shredded cheese and stir. Remove from heat.
- Place the tortilla chips on plates and top with cheese sauce, beef mixture, sour cream, avocado, and salsa.
