
Gluten Free Spring Burger
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ⅓ lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp Magical Seasoning Mix
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 4 gluten free burger buns
- 4 slices cheese
- salad
Instructions
- Form four burger patties, about ⅓ lb each.
- Heat a skillet and add olive oil. When it is hot, add the burgers.
- Cook the bacon.
- Cook to desired doneness and then add a slice of cheese to each burger and allow to melt.
- Toast the buns in the pan after the burgers are done.
- Assemble burgers with the patty, bacon, red onion, tomato, and salad mix.
