Carrot Fries

This recipe is extremely simple, but delicious. And a great way to get in those vegetables!

  • Fryer


  • 6 carrots or as many as you wish
  • oil for fryer
  • garlic aioli optional
  • red pepper aioli optional


  • Slice carrots so the size and shape of fries.
  • Fry the carrots for about 3-5 minutes or until they are well cooked and start to get dark.
  • Bring the basket out of the oil and toss to seperate and remove the excess oil.
  • Allow to rest for 2 minutes out of the oil.
  • Return them to the fryer for another 2-5 minutes. Make sure to follow what the carrots look like more than the time listed.
  • Serve with garlic aioli, red pepper aioli, or other dipping sauce.
