
Carrot Fries

- Fryer
Ingredients
- 6 carrots or as many as you wish
- oil for fryer
- garlic aioli optional
- red pepper aioli optional
Instructions
- Slice carrots so the size and shape of fries.
- Fry the carrots for about 3-5 minutes or until they are well cooked and start to get dark.
- Bring the basket out of the oil and toss to seperate and remove the excess oil.
- Allow to rest for 2 minutes out of the oil.
- Return them to the fryer for another 2-5 minutes. Make sure to follow what the carrots look like more than the time listed.
- Serve with garlic aioli, red pepper aioli, or other dipping sauce.
