Filet the chicken breasts so you have 4 thin slices of chicken breast.
Mix up the egg and milk in one container, the flour and the seasoning mix in another.
Dip the chicken breast into the flour, then the egg mixture, then the flour again. Cover it completely each time.
Fry the chicken at 350 until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
While the chicken is frying, make the buffalo sauce.
Add the butter and hot sauce to a pan and heat through.
Toast the buns, if desired.
When the chicken is done, put it in a bowl and pour the buffalo sauce on top of it and toss the bowl until they are fully covered in sauce.
Put salad mix on the bottom bun, the chicken on top of it, then add the bleu cheese and ranch before adding the top bun.
Optional: add coleslaw to the burger.
