Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tbsp Magical Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup hot sauce gluten free
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup bleu cheese
  • 4 tbsp ranch
  • salad
  • 4 burger buns gluten free

Instructions

  • Filet the chicken breasts so you have 4 thin slices of chicken breast.
  • Mix up the egg and milk in one container, the flour and the seasoning mix in another.
  • Dip the chicken breast into the flour, then the egg mixture, then the flour again. Cover it completely each time.
  • Fry the chicken at 350 until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • While the chicken is frying, make the buffalo sauce.
  • Add the butter and hot sauce to a pan and heat through.
  • Toast the buns, if desired.
  • When the chicken is done, put it in a bowl and pour the buffalo sauce on top of it and toss the bowl until they are fully covered in sauce.
  • Put salad mix on the bottom bun, the chicken on top of it, then add the bleu cheese and ranch before adding the top bun.
  • Optional: add coleslaw to the burger.
  • Optional: serve with fries
