Green Bean Fries are one of the big summer recipe hits we had on the food cart. I loved fresh, in season food so much I could never stick to a static menu. But when we were able to get fresh, local, green beans, these went right on the menu!

There are a few things you may want in order to make this recipe.
For breadcrumbs, I only recommend the gluten free Panko brand. It performs very close to the wheat based product.
If you don’t have green beans in season, this recipe works with just about any fresh and crunchy vegetable. The end product will depend on how appropriate it was for this method, but if you try another vegetable, let me know how it worked in the comments below!
