I haven’t tried this with any other flour blend, but let me know how it works if you do. My gluten free flour works for so many applications! If you don’t have the ability to make this, try Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Blend or Pamela’s Gluten Free Flour Blend.
I use this recipe for both sweet and savory crepes. Our family favorite is just to add cottage cheese inside with heated-up mixed berries topped with whipped cream.
