30 Minute Sugar Free Pectin Free Jam

Gelatin can be an amazing thing. It means that this 30 Minute Sugar Free Pectin Free Jam is possible!

But this does not turn out like jello or have that texture. After it sets up, this jam has a perfect jam texture. I don’t know about you, but my family always seems to announce we are out of jam right after I come home from shopping. This easy jam uses ingredients you already have around and is so EASY!


If you don’t need to be low-sugar, you can easily just use regular granulated sugar. Either the white or raw kind will work fine.

While I used peach and blueberries, don’t go out of your way to find them. Use whatever berries you have around!

This jam doesn’t have any sugar added, but it does technically have sugar from the fruit used and they also contain pectin. Just wanted to put that disclaimer out there.
